Dear Google Checkout...
Why do you permit your merchants to set up accounts as non profits and provide them buttons titled “Donations” if you plan to cancel the accounts of non profits when they begin to accept donations??? Is it some kind of inside joke???
And why is it that your services always are terrific but you provide horrible service when something goes wrong???
Perhaps you could spend a million or two of your quadrillions of profits to establish a call center where I could sit on hold for a few hours… or at the very least hire an Iranian dude to respond to your email when we have a problem.
